The Internet is dynamic in so many ways. Technically, the word dynamic refers to web pages that have active database content, so that features change and news and details are updated in real time as users interact through user interfaces, such as comment forms, blog posts, surveys, etc. But of course, social dynamics is the key to the success of the Internet.

That definitely describes Twitter, all the good and the bad of it, although the Twitter keepers do their very best to keep it sane. So, along with the Church of England, and several Anglican churches in the United States, Glory of God has jumped on the band wagon.
